How OmniDisclose Works?

OmniDisclose lives inside Excel and Word, turning the two programs finance teams already trust into a single, governed disclosure workspace. In Excel you manage every figure; in Word you craft the narrative. The add-ins sit on the ribbon, bringing version control, approvals, and full audit trails to tasks that were once scattered across emails and shared drives.
Data enters the model in two ways. Most teams simply drop a trial-balance extract, emissions log, or vendor report into an intake sheet; OmniDisclose validates the columns, checks dates, and deposits the file in a staging worksheet until a manager signs it off. If you run an engine such as Calumo, SmartView, or a cubes connector, you can stream the same data directly into the staging sheet —no upload required.
From staging, a mapping wizard routes each field to a disclosure bucket—Climate, Financial, Land & Water, Resource Use, Pollution, or Invasives. Those rules live in a “Mapping” tab, so future uploads of new data snaps into place automatically. Every transformation is logged with user, time, and before/after values, making “who changed this?” a two-second query instead of a three-hour hunt.
Templates do the heavy lifting. Choose IFRS, TNFD, AASB, or any mix, and OmniDisclose drops a pre-formatted workbook that binds named ranges to the mapped data. Each year we release refreshed templates that embed the latest legislative tweaks; you accept the update with a click and keep all historic filings intact.
When the numbers settle, open Word and pull the same variables into narrative blocks. The pane shows live figures beside each paragraph, while an optional AI assistant suggests clear wording that matches your house style. Approval workflows, comment threads, and status lights guide the document from draft to ready-to-file without leaving Word.
Publishing is a single Generate action. OmniDisclose fuses workbook and narrative, tags every element, and locks the version with a digital hash. Most mid-market groups reach first filing in about a week: upload, map, template, review, generate—then spend the next cycle refining insight instead of wrestling spreadsheets.
